Ingram Entities, Inc. is the parent
corporation for its subsidiaries organized in Georgia since
1929. We have been in the land business for over 75 years. While
our history has been in the timber and land business we have
transitioned over the last 2 decades to a residential and
commercial real estate development and property management
company. We are currently developing residential subdivisions in
Monroe County and several commercial projects in middle Georgia.
We are also developing several Apartment projects in the middle
Georgia area. We have just completed a 300 unit
multifamily community on Houston Lake Rd. in Warner Robins.
While our current business strategy
involves focusing on real estate development, we have owned and
managed 100,000 acres of timberland in 25 Georgia counties over
the past 50 years. We currently manage 30,000 acres of
timberland in middle Georgia and are looking to acquire more
timberland in the Southeast.
